Biomorphic Objects
3D printed, 3″ x 5″
These digitally fabricated sculptures explore the intersection of organic form and computational design. Inspired by biomorphic structures—microscopic organisms, cellular architecture, and speculative life forms—each piece is digitally modeled and 3D printed, transforming ephemeral ideas into tactile, otherworldly objects.
The porous, spiked surfaces and limb-like extensions evoke both vulnerability and strength, suggesting hybrid entities that exist between the natural and the artificial. By using digital tools to mimic biological evolution, these forms challenge our perception of what is alive, functional, or decorative.
Through this body of work, I aim to create speculative artifacts—fragments of an imagined ecology—that invite curiosity, discomfort, and wonder. They are not just sculptures, but questions: What forms might life take in synthetic or post-biological futures? And how do we design beauty in the unknown?
