“Solitude” ; Cut grass; 100’W x 30’L
The word “Solitude” was created by cutting away the grass on a hillside. The grass cuttings of the letters, after several days dried to a yellowish-brown. Eventually the word faded away altogether as the grass surrounding them went through their natural cycle and turned brown as well.
